We're a member of PaULS (Pennsylvania Union List of Serials).  We update our LDRs in OCLC's union list database.

We have a discussion going on here about holdings information for
serials.  We use OCLC as our utility.  How many of you go into OCLC
every time you receive an annual and update the 049 subfield v and y's
code for the serial?  Or do you use the LDR function of OCLC or
something else?
