Hello.

We are trying to automate our claiming process using SIRSI's x12
claiming feature. Our subscription vendor is EBSCO. They have the
capabilities to automatically check claims against a SIRSI claims
report. However, we are unable to use the report because we can't get it
into a .csv format. Likewise when we review claimed items in a SIRSI
claims report more than once, a claimed title doesn't show up again.
Does anyone know how to resolve these issues?

I would appreciate any responses from those who currently use the claims
report feature in SIRSI.
