Hello everyone,

My problem with Ingenta access has been resolved thanks to a member of
this list and her referral to a colleague at Ingenta's UK office.  Thank
you, Amel and Victoria.  Ours was an IP authentication problem which I
could not correct even with my administrator login.

And I am overdue with my thanks to all who responded with either
suggestions and/or solace.  Thank you!
