Hi Andrea,
   We actually do subscribe & this issue was running late, but evidently
Standard & Poor's had some snafu in their mailing label print setup.  I
posted to Serialst for 2 reasons -- to let other libraries know why they
might not have received their copy & also thought it was an amusing
tidbit to share!
