Like most libraries, we have some space problems. JSTOR has allowed us
to send print backsets to offsite storage.

The consortia we are involved with have not looked at any sort of
central "archiving" for the JSTOR print; they tend to focus on
collective purchasing and other projects (not that there's anything
wrong with this; you can't do it all though I would like them to start
looking at the issue). We have access to the JSTOR print held by the
Center for Research Libraries but that facility is geographically a long
way from us and is in another country.
