What in the world is up with Traffic World?  I didn't think too much of
it when both the April 4 and April 11 issues were vol. 269, no. 15; it's
not that rare a phenomenon in the serials world.   And then April 18 was
no. 17.

But now the April 25 issue is no. 17a and I am suspecting an evil plot
to drive librarians over the edge . . .
