Just my $ .02 worth.

I looked inside on the publisher's page giving the board, subscription
rates, etc.   It is listed there as JUST   Clinical Toxicology.   Just
above the Subscription rates, they have  "Clinical Toxicology is
published seven times a year...."

On the Instructions to Authors page, they also say, JUST   Clinical
Toxicology.

I do not have access to the 2004 issues, but the same pages in the 2003
issues say  JOURNAL OF TOXICOLOGY - CLINICAL TOXICOLOGY.

IT very well could be a change.   Sometimes, these title decision
changes are done quickly, or they may have forgotten to apply for or
hakve not yet gotten the response back from the ISSN Center.

What has Taylor and Francis done? Journal of Toxicology--Clinical
Toxicology has been the title for a number of years.  The 2005 has

and it just says Clinical Toxicology.  There is not notice of a title
change in the journal. I went to their web site and they are calling

Journal of Toxicology-Clinical Toxicology for 2005. I wanted to send
them an e-mail but I could not find an e-mail address.

Did they purposefully leave Journal of Toxicology off the cover, title
page, etc.? The issn number is the same.
