Blessed be the title of short duration as a minor change...if that's
what it turns out to be.

The decision to change the cover and title page was probably made by
some young "art work" person who had no idea of the ramifications of the
change.

What has Taylor and Francis done? Journal of Toxicology--Clinical
Toxicology has been the title for a number of years. The 2005 has come
and it just says Clinical Toxicology. There is not notice of a title
change in the journal. I went to their web site and they are calling it
Journal of Toxicology-Clinical Toxicology for 2005. I wanted to send
them an e-mail but I could not find an e-mail address.
Did they purposefully leave Journal of Toxicology off the cover, title
page, etc.? The issn number is the same.
