Depends on what you consider "recourse".  If you write a nice letter to
them, or call them up on the phone, and tell them how much you appreciate
their donation and that you'd really like to keep your collection complete,
they may be delighted to send you the missing issues.  From my experience,
I'd say you've got a better shot than with the publishers of subscriptions
you pay for.  SW
