Friday, we received the winter 2005 issue numbered vol. 7, no. 1. The last issue we
had received  was vol. 6, no. 3, Fall 2004 issue.
Has anyone received a vol. 6, no. 4 issue? - their website only lists up to vol. 6, no.
2. I am assuming they are going to a full calendar year for vol. 7 thus there will be
no vol. 6, no. 4 issue published.
