We are currently using this language.

"PRINT SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED AFTER v.24 2004."

Since much of our print is cancelled in favor of electronic -- this is best
for us.  We place note in 866 subfield z directly under shelved as title
information.  If we cancelled e then we use "ELECTRONIC" in note.

Interested in what others do.
