Happy Holidays, Everyone!

I'm looking for a source for microfiche year tab guides: four- or
five-cut, plastic or mylar, without a hole in the bottom center.  White
or clear is desired.  I believe Demco stopped supplying them about 2002.
Does anyone know another source?

Any information would be appreciated.
