For those of you who get to fix the patterns for Journal of Oncology,
I asked the editor about the 10th of the month special issue they are
adding.  Here's her reply...

Thanks for asking. The special issues will be indexed and numbered
along with the JCO. The special issues will not have a supplement
numbering system. The page count will continue through every issue. Let

Thank you for giving us advance notice of the new publication dates.
We do appreciate any advance notice!  As I began changing our prediction
records on our serials check-in system, it occurred to me that I didn't
know if these new special issues being published on the 10th of each
month would be included in the regular issue numbering or if they would
have separate special issue/supplement numbering. Could you tell me
which it would be?
