We are pleased to advise our customers that OpenURL links through the
Turpion website (http://www.turpion.org) have been activated.

SFX is a linking technology that enables linking between various web
resources, such as full-text repositories, abstracting, indexing and
citation databases, online library catalogs, interlibrary loan and
article delivery systems, and search engines.

We invite you to register details of your link server in order
to offer your patrons links to the right resources for your site.

If you are an existing subscriber to Turpion journals (Print+Online or
Online Only options) and you want to activate OpenURL links from the
Turpion Electronic Journals service please contact custserv@turpion.ru
with the following information:

       - Base URL for library SFX server:

       - URL for library SFX link icon:

For libraries subscribing to the Print option and libraries not
subscribing to Turpion journals at all, we are happy to provide
OpenURL links as well - please fill out registration form including
the approved IP addresses for your institution:
http://www.turpion.org/main/reg_form.phtml

Links are set up on a site-wide basis - all users recognized
by IP address as part of your institution will be able to view the
OpenURL links.
