Springer 2005 Journals Price Lists
Springer is pleased to announce our 2005 Price Lists are now available
online.
Please visit w <http://www.springeronline.com/librarians>
ww.springeronline.com/librarians and click on "2005 Journals Price
List".
You will note that there are separate price lists for journals formerly
published by Springer-Verlag and for journals formerly published by
Kluwer Academic Publishers.
Online access is available through SpringerLink, a highly regarded data
source for researchers in academic and corporate institutions and other
vital knowledge centers. SpringerLink is continually developing to meet
the ever-changing research needs of the scientific community.
KluwerOnline Journals Migrate to SpringerLink
Due to the recent merger of Springer-Verlag with Kluwer Academic
Publishers all journals hosted by KluwerOnline will be available only at
SpringerLink beginning sometime in January 2005. The combination of
online content from KluwerOnline and SpringerLink will result in one of
the world's largest collections of scientific, technical and medical
literature: 1,200 high-quality, peer-reviewed journals, available in one
place for the first time. Between now and January, there will be no
disruption of service to KluwerOnline. Once the migration is completed
and tested, visitors to KluwerOnline will automatically be redirected to
SpringerLink. There will be immediate changes to URLs. However,
libraries' bibliographic systems with KluwerOnline URLs will
automatically be rerouted to the corresponding page on SpringerLink.
This includes journal home pages, article pages, and full-text PDFs.
However, at some time during 2005, libraries must update their URLs and
will be told well in advance. More information regarding the migration
and relaunch of SpringerLink, with additional functionality, will be
communicated soon through our new Library Zone newsletter, coming in
November 2004.
For further information, please contact your local Licensing Manager or
send an e-mail to sales@springer-sbm.com.
