Thanks to everyone who replied to my query, both privately and on list,
regarding a vendor for Japanese materials.  I received responses from 6
different institutions, all of whom recommended Japan Publications
Trading.  I won't give the names of the institutions, since most replied to
me privately, but I can say that they were all big university
libraries.  No one recommended any other vendor for this type of material.
