More about the Symposium:
ACRL/NY will be holding its 24th Annual symposium on December 3, 2004
from 8:30am to 4:30pm at Baruch College. The Symposium title is:
Scholarly Communication: Evolution or Revolution? Over the last
half-century, pressures from a variety of sources have resulted in a
radical transformation in the way research has been published and
disseminated. The ensuing dilemma affecting the entire process of
scholarly communication is the theme of this year's ACRL/NY Symposium.
So, please join us for what promises to be a stimulating day of
discussion on an important
issue for all of us. Please contact me if you have any questions.
