Somewhere I missed it and I don't know how many others did as well.

On the Springer (Verlag) web site, I found information that Kluwer
Academic Publishers titles have been sold to Springer.  Apparently the
announcement was made in January and competed in June 2004.  This was
from the Notice that for 2005, Springer was changing online access and
charging 20% More which KAP was doing.

Apparently this does NOT AFFECT  the Wolters Kluwer Health group of
companys whic I Think includes Ovid and the LWW (Lippincott Williams &
WIlkins) as well as others.
