I don't know if it's fair to start worrying until Swets has really
had a chance to state their position. I want to be cautious, but at
the same time I don't want to act in a way that could potentially
help push them out of business. Swets has been, for Vanderbilt, an
excellent company for many, many years. While I'd hate to lose any
money we send them, I'd also hate to lose them.

I hope this feeling of loyalty isn't misplaced, but I also hope
they'll continue their long tradition of good customer service and
be honest with us.
