Does anyone know if this journal is still being published?  The last issue our library received was Mar/May 2003, received in July, 2003.  All claims have been returned to us, most recently with a message from the post office stating "Moved, redirection service not arranged by addressee".  The address matches the publisher address inside our most recent issue:
