RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for day-to-day aspects of Interlibrary Loan/Document
Delivery services. Uses OCLC ILL and other web-based document delivery
systems to process ILL borrowing and lending transactions; Supervises 2
part-time paraprofessionals ; Ensures that Interlibrary Loan/Document
Delivery is customer service oriented, customer-focused and customer-
driven; Initiates and maintains resource-sharing agreements and
consortia participation to facilitate the effective administration and
delivery of all document delivery/interlibrary lending activities ;
Administers processes and coordinates library team and library customer
activities related to use of the new Endeavor Voyager ILL management
system; Provides customer training for Interlibrary Loan Services and
document delivery, ILL marketing and outreach ; Evaluates and recommends
to Library Manager information technologies for continued ILL service
improvements; Assists Library Manager with development of Interlibrary
Loan/Document Delivery policies and procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master's of Library Science from ALA Accredited
institution. Some supervisory experience preferred. Library-related work
experience preferred.
SALARY: $39K
