Because this title published six bimonthly issues through v.32 (2003), and had obviously changed with v.33 (2004), I e-mailed the publisher to get the new publication pattern.  Here's the reply:

The pattern of 10th, 20th, 30th will continue, so the dates are as follows:

Issue 1              10 January

Issue 2              20 February

Issue 3              30 March

Issue 4              10 May

Issue 5              20 June

Issue 6              30 July

Issue 7              10 September

Issue 8              20 October

Issue 9              30 November

We are planning to move to 12 issues for 2005. I apologise for the confusion that 9 issues has caused and thank you for your help with passing this information on.
