Jim -- Technically speaking, the SAR is the one needing the qualifier (since it was added to the SAF six years after the serial record) but because of the number of analytic records involved I would probably qualify the serial record.  Without having records in hand (I'm away from work at the moment), not sure if there are other considerations.  -Steve
