For those who may find themselves in the same predicament:

A patron today complained online access for this title had been terminated.  After a series of phone calls, digging out invoices, etc. we have learned that Sage now publishes this title; they assigned new customer numbers to subscriptions; because they are publishing 8 issues per year instead of 6, subscriptions that were made previously only receive 6 issues instead of a full year.   To wit, while we had renewed directly last summer for our usual July - June subscription period, we have been cut off as of April.

And no, no one let us know.
