You may be interested in taking a look at the ASA (Association of
Subscription Agents and Intermediaries) website on
www.subscription-agents.org where you will find a preprint of a paper
originally published in Serials on the 'Criteria for Choosing an Agent'.
There is also a list of Members of the ASA all of whom by joining the ASA
sign up to our Guidelines for Members - also displayed on the website.
