Does anyone currently use Fennell Subscription Agency to purchase

print subscriptions? How has their service been?
Overall, could someone give me an idea of what "normal" print
subscription problems are when purchasing through a subscription
agency?

I appreciate any help you could give me--I am new to the periodicals
