Dear Librarians--

Does anyone currently use Fennell Subscription Agency to purchase their
print subscriptions? How has their service been?
Overall, could someone give me an idea of what "normal" print
subscription problems are when purchasing through a subscription agency?
(Other than claims)
Does anyone have a subscription service that you are very pleased with
and would recommend?
I appreciate any help you could give me--I am new to the periodicals
aspect of librarianship and am having problems with our current
subscription agency.
