Unfortunately, that sometimes doesn't even cut it; all electronic is out. When
we've talked to instructors about giving assignments with that provision,
usually they just want to get the students to recognize that there are other
formats than electronic. The bad thing is that they often don't tell their
students this so the students end up thinking one of two things: "Internet is
bad" or "My instructor is an idiot".
