Hello,

I've been asked to track down a mystery citation for a faculty member.
This is all the information we have:

Date: April 8, 1939

Journal Title: 'United States Business Week' (note: the professor
received this information from a source outside the US.)

The article is about colonies of Nazi Germany.

We've checked Reader's Guide Retro, WorldCat, and Business Week without
success.  If anyone has any ideas, please reply directly to me.  Thanks
