Diane,
In years past we received a few foreign language newspapers (mainly from
the Middle East or Asia) for free because our international student groups
made arrangements with their consulates to have them sent to us. Often we
received them for the academic year only. We didn't catalog them, but made
them available in a section of the periodicals reading room.
