To those interested, I just got off the phone with a representative
at Living Media International Limited.  His name was Haroon.  He
stated that the December 2003 volume numbering was a mistake on their
part (Vol. 2 was printed as Vol. 28).  Finally!  A definitive answer!

I also asked him about Vol. 3 issue numbering.  Issue #1 was used for
the first two January 2004 issues, so all numbering has been off by
one.  He asked that I send an e-mail to his attention (which I did),
and they would look into the problem.  If I hear anything back, I'll
post another message.
