I have the January 2004 issue on my desk.  Basic & Clinical is at the head
of the title in black & white while Pharmacology & Toxicology are bright
orange.  The "Letter from the Editor" states that they are changing the name
to Basic & Clinical Pharmacology & Toxicology (BCPT) although the acronym is
not in the citation, which is:  Basic & Clinical Pharmacology & Toxicology
2004, 94:1-2.  This citation format is consistent for every article in this
issue.  I think PubMed is incorrect, Basic & Clinical....is prominent in
every important place on the issue except the cover!

I'm not a conser cataloger, but it seems an obvious title change to me.

Can anybody tell me if there will be a major title change of Pharmacology &
Toxicology (0901-9928) to Basic & Clinical Pharmacology & Toxicology?

OCLC doesn't show any changes to the record, but there are a couple of new
records reflecting the ISSN in the newest issues (1742-7835). PubMed is
citing the 2004 issues as Pharmacology & Toxicology.
