Re: Shelving Package Titles

We shelve by call number, but given the choice, I would shelve it under
Computer and put a book dummy where the IEEE stuff is shelved - or vice
versa if you really want the "family" together.

Subject: [SERIALST] Shelving Package Titles
I'm curious what policies other libraries use regarding package titles,
how they decide to shelve them. For example, one title we get from IEEE
is known as Computer. Because it is comes from IEEE we shelve it under
IEEE. A part of me wants to put a journal on the shelf under it's very
own name, but when I have a package subscription and for the sake of
convenience I want to keep the family together.
Any comments on this would be appreciated.
Thanks,
