Can anybody tell me if there will be a major title change of
Pharmacology & Toxicology (0901-9928) to Basic & Clinical Pharmacology &
Toxicology?

OCLC doesn't show any changes to the record, but there are a couple of
new records reflecting the ISSN in the newest issues (1742-7835). PubMed
is citing the 2004 issues as Pharmacology & Toxicology.
