Our library is contemplating a retrospective conversion from Dewey to LC.  We are a small university having a student body of around 1600.  Our director has asked the committee to get information from comparable institutions as to cost, methodology, problems, pros and cons.  I would appreciate responses off the list from anyone who has be involved in this recently.  Thanks.
