This is a note from OCLC #2193441 for the Communication Quarterly:
Vol. 47, no. 3 (summer 1999)- contain section entitled: Qualitative research
reports in communication, vol. 1, no. 1 (winter 2000)-.  It looks as if it
has separated from Communication Quarterly.  I would assume this is the
reason it said vols. 1-3 (2000-2002) "reissued".

The Reinert Alumni Memorial Library just rec'd a couple of these
((unsolicited). It is published by the "Eastern Communication Association"
and it looks like another title we receive called "Communication Research
Reports". The first one is volumes 1-3 2000-2002 and it says "Reissued
Summer 2003" and the second is volume 4 2003. I have never heard of this
title and I cannot find where it has its publication information. Does
anyone have any information they could share about this title? Like an ISSN
or anything else?

Lately we've been receiving quite a few v. 1 #1 journals, but they are
usually companion journals or spinoffs of journals we currently subscribe
to. Thanks for any assistance you can render!
