Is anyone sending claims to EBSCO via EDI? If so, is it working just as
well as other methods of claiming?
We started to use it, got auto confirmations that our claim files had
been processed, but only a few ever appeared in EBSCONet. Our Sales Rep
told us EDI claims NEVER appear in EBSCONet, and the few that we were
seeing were entered manually after they failed to match.
I wasn't comfortable with not being able to browse claims in EBSCONet,
so we now email a file (still automatically generated from our Voyager
system when an EDI issue claim has been generated) in readable format to
our Customer Service Rep to enter manually.
