How much does the system cost(initial setup cost and recurrent
maintenance
costs, replacement cards, etc.)

Can the student use the same card for photocopies and computer print
jobs?

Are there any other services which can be purchased with the card (such
as
meals)?

Which department is responsible for the administration of the charge
system?

How frequently do the card vending machines or readers malfunction or
otherwise need to be serviced?

Overall are you satisfied with your current system?
