Rhonda,

When we use Southwest or American Micro, it is when we send either
newspapers or magazines that have to be filmed because ProQuest does not
handle them for one reason or the other.  And there are no stupid questions.
I still have much too learn.  Buddy Pennington, who is on this list and is
now at UMKC, was my predecessor here, and he helped me get started big time,
just a little over a year ago.

it: you have to send your periodicals to them for filming?  Or are they like
ProQuest?

I am new to the Library world and am unfamiliar with a lot of things.
