It appears that there was no bibliography supplement published with
the 2001 volume. The Current Bibliography published as a supplement
to v. 41 (2000) covers 1998, and the introduction states that it is
the "36th annual bibliography." The Current Bibliography published
as a supplement to v. 43 (2002) covers 1999 and is the "37th annual
bibliography."

According to November 2002 claims correspondence from our vendor, Faxon,
the publisher reported that there was no such issue as the 2001 v.42
supplement (bibliography).
