Heads up to anyone approving invoices.  I'm having more what I thought were
legit companies trying to sneak through invoices for items we cancelled
years ago.  Today I received one for a "standing order" we cancelled 10
years ago!  A fax reminding the publisher of Title 39, United States Code,
Section 3009 and a copy of the invoice is usually enough to stop them dead
in their tracks.
