We use 'Current issues delayed' following the holdings statement.

        vol. 24- (1995-) Current issues delayed.

Also, our bulk loaded EBSCO records usually include a statement of the
length of time a title is embargoed, for example (Due to publisher
restrictions, the most recent 12 months are not available.)
