Subject: embargoed titles-holdings statement?

We are grappling with a clear holdings statement for a public access journal
that is "embargoed."  This particular title is available in full-text after
two years.  Some statements we have considered are:

"Full text available prior to last two years"
"Full text unavailable for latest two years"

Since most of our e-journals are available in full-text and our clients have
access to the latest issues, I am afraid they will not correctly read the
statements above and then be frustrated when they cannot get in to the
current issues.  I'm hoping someone out there has come up with something we
can use.  Please feel free to respond to me off list.
