I have the latest edition of American Society of Clinical Oncology annual
meeting.  Since 1990 it was Program/Proceedings of the American Society of
Clinical Oncology.  The 39th edition in hand has Meeting Proceedings [of
the] American Society of Clinical Oncology.  There's a record for the new
title in OCLC [#52779786], but not put in or blessed by NLM, LC, or OCLC.

I believe this is a title change.  Do you agree or disagree?
