I have slightly different information:
Suppl.30 CD only, available only to conference attendees
Suppl.31 CD only, available only to conference attendees
Suppl.33 CD only, available only to conference attendees
Suppl.38 CD only, not published in print.

They've done this with previous supplements and will probably keep doing it.
If we, a lowly library, happen to receive a supplement in their opinion we
should consider ourselves fortunate.
I really dislike supplements!

I can supply some info.

Suppl. 30 was published in print and is an abstract issue.
Suppl. 31-We did not receive it and I have no info.
Suppl. 33 was published in CD format only. Our copy is missing.
Suppl. 38 was published in CD format only. We have it on claim.

One of my least favorite titles for obvious reasons!
Hope this helps,
Carol
