Subject: Two Journals with a Single Thought?

Philosophy & Public Affairs published vol. 29, dated 2000, then vol. 30
(2001) and now is sending out vol. 31 dated 2003.

Journal of Environmental Systems went from v. 28, nos. 1 & 2 (2000) to v.
28, nos. 3 & 4 (2000-01) to v. 29, no. 1, (2002-03).

Has anyone received information as to what is happening with these?  We
are paying by the calendar year, and I haven't had any notice as to my
subscription periods being lengthened.
