We have not at the Kansas City Public Library, though we do get many
unsolicited items sent our way.  I put the titles into an Access DB with
some brief information than discard them.  Unless it is something we
decide to add.

filled with unsolicited Chinese journals, each issue stamped with "Donated
by NOCFL, China"?
