Actually I made the mistake.  After severak replies to this thread and after
reviewing the letter, I realized that I can still order the title through
Ebsco directly.  I just cannot receive it through membership to NACG.

I'm curious as to whether anyone else has had the same experience with this
particular title. At Vanderbilt we pay for a membership in the National
Association for Gifted Children. The vendor we use is Ebsco, and we haven't
noticed any trouble getting issues (although the Winter 2003 issue was
delayed, we received it with the Spring 2003 issue in mid-May).

And Ebsco hasn't notified us of any problems with supplying this title.
Could your representative have made a mistake?

We get Gifted Child Quarterly through EBSCO and have no problems that I know of.
