I'm curious as to whether anyone else has had the same experience
with this particular title. At Vanderbilt we pay for a membership
in the National Association for Gifted Children. The vendor we use
is Ebsco, and we haven't noticed any trouble getting issues
(although the Winter 2003 issue was delayed, we received it with
the Spring 2003 issue in mid-May).

And Ebsco hasn't notified us of any problems with supplying this
title. Could your representative have made a mistake?
