Hello,

In the process of pulling together a bindery shipment, we've come across
American City & County which includes 12 regular issues, one special
issue, and 6 product reviews per volume.  The catch is that the product
review issues are quite a bit larger in dimension than the other issues:
roughly 11 x 14 compared to roughly 8 x 10.

I found one mention of it in the archives from a library that doesn't bind
the large, product review issues at all.  How do other libraries handle
binding this title?  All together?  Without the product reviews?  Binding
product reviews in a separate volume?
